ARABICA

Arabic coffee is a native indigenous coffee tree species in the southwest Ethiopia.
It is also known as the "Arabian coffee tree", "mountain coffee" or "arabic coffee".
Arabic coffee is considered to be the first coffee which has been cultivated, beginning in southwest Ethiopia for more than 1,000 years.

Arabica has a lower caffeine content between 0.8 and 1.4%. Arabica has a delicate and refined flavor, a little acidic, with a caramel-like taste.

ORGANIC

Organic coffee is grown without the use of synthetic fertilizers or pesticides being harvested and packaged without the involvement of any chemicals.

Organic coffee because it is naturally grown has a superior flavor to other coffee types, all the more because it is cultivated at a much higher altitude.

DECAF

For this type of coffee (without caffeine), the process starts from the unprimed (green) coffee bean and involves the elimination of caffeine through the steam bath.
They are then rinsed with a special solvent that extracts caffeine, but at the same time leaving the rest of the unmodified bean properties.
Finally, the process is repeated until caffeine is eliminated in 99.9%.
